I am not the biggest fan of mayonnaise based potato salads, but ones with more of a pesto style of dressing are another matter. This potato salad with tahini herb dressing is fresh tasting and flavourful and I would quite happily just eat a bowlful of it on it’s own for dinner (or even just the dressing by the spoonful!). Yafawi Sfeeha – Palestinian Cheese Buns

The July Daring Bakers’ Challenge was brought to us by Manal from Manal’s Bites. She introduced us to an authentic Palestinian dish from Jaffa that is served as a main meal along with a bowl of soup or a salad. The “Yafawi Sfeeha” or also known as “Milwayeh” which means twisted, is crispy yet tender and full of flavor.
